Rebecca O’Brien Pani

In 2019 after more than eleven years working as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Event Producer, formerly at Tuscany Flowers in Florence, Italy and then at Lewis Miller Design in New York City, Rebecca decided to reconsider the path she was on. What started out as a planned six month break turned into something more extended and then came the pandemic. During her time off she decided to follow passions which had been neglected during all those working years.

She realized that while she is a great organizer – timelines, schedules, coordination of any kind, never shying away from getting messy, you name it, what was missing was an engagement with art, culture and community. Her search led her to Raw Art Works in Lynn, MA where she was the Design + Marketing Manager, to her current role as the Director of Events at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston.

Rebecca has a BA in studio art from the University of New Hampshire and a post-graduate certificate from Maryland Institute College of Art. Rebecca’s personal art making interests include collage, ceramics, quilt making and mixed media.
